Foundation leaking? Basement smells off? Halo Water Proofing sends a real technician to your Semmes property, gives you a straight answer, and fixes it right the first time.
Licensed & insured in AL ยท Real warranties
Halo Water Proofing started small in the Semmes area and grew because customers kept referring us to their neighbors โ that's still how most of our work comes in today.
Our Semmes crew leads have handled repairs like yours dozens of times before, and a supervisor signs off before we call any job finished.
We've worked on foundations from decades-old Semmes homes to brand-new builds still settling into their soil, so whatever your basement is dealing with, we've likely seen a version of it nearby.
One phone call gets you a straight answer and a real appointment โ not a vague callback promise.
๐ +1-866-476-1348Water problems build slowly before they become emergencies. These are the clues our Semmes crews hear about most.
A musty smell usually means moisture is already moving through your Semmes basement, even if the floor looks bone dry.
Small cracks in a Semmes foundation rarely stay small โ seasonal ground movement tends to widen them over time.
That white powder on basement walls is mineral residue left behind as water passes through the concrete.
A pump under constant strain tends to fail during the exact storm that needs it most.
If a foundation wall looks like it's curving inward, that's beyond a simple patch and needs a real assessment.
Peeling paint near the floor upstairs is one of the last signs Semmes homeowners connect to a basement problem.
No two Semmes basements are the same โ soil type, age of the home, water table. We match the fix to your actual problem.
A flooded Semmes basement doesn't wait for morning, and neither do we. Our crews pull the standing water and start drying the space the same visit.
Get Emergency Help โNot every crack means a structural problem, but every crack deserves a real look. We'll tell you which kind yours is.
Ask About Crack Repair โA failed sump pump is the top reason for emergency calls across Semmes after heavy rain โ we install pumps sized to your actual water volume, plus battery backup for power outages.
Book a Pump Check โAn interior drain tile system routes water to a sump pump before it reaches your Semmes basement floor at all.
Talk Drainage Options โMusty smell upstairs with no obvious source? Check the crawl space first โ it's usually the culprit.
Get a Crawl Space Quote โCommercial water intrusion means bigger stakes โ inventory, tenants, downtime. We scope commercial Semmes jobs with written specs and a real timeline.
Request a Commercial Quote โHere's exactly what Semmes customers can expect from first call to final walkthrough.
We figure out fast whether this needs an emergency dispatch or a scheduled inspection.
We point out exactly what we find as we find it, so nothing about the diagnosis feels like a black box.
Every Semmes quote is written before work starts, not estimated verbally and adjusted later.
Our crew completes the repair, cleans up, and walks you through the warranty on what was installed.
We've heard every Semmes horror story about contractors who disappear mid-job or pad the invoice. Here's how we do it differently.
You get a real number before any work starts โ what you approve is what you're billed.
We're not routing your call through a national center โ the person who answers is close by.
Our major repairs come with written, transferable warranties โ useful if you sell the Semmes property later.
Our technicians are trained to diagnose accurately, not to upsell โ that changes the advice you actually get.
We can supply the documentation most carriers ask for before approving a Semmes claim.
Every Semmes job reflects on the next referral, so we treat each one like it matters.
"Woke up to a wet basement and had someone out by mid-morning. No pressure, no upsell, just fixed it."
"Got three quotes for a crack repair. This was the only company that actually explained why the crack was happening instead of just naming a price."
"Crawl space smelled bad for years. After encapsulation, the smell upstairs is completely gone."
"Straightforward commercial quote, professional crew, no back and forth."
"Expected a huge bill for three cracks, only one actually needed injection. Appreciated the honesty."
"First contractor who actually explained where the water was coming from instead of just quoting a number."
"Crew was respectful of our landscaping during the drain install and left the yard looking better than before they started."
Every Semmes technician we send is background-checked and trained on the systems we install, so the crew that inspects your property is the same one that fixes it.
